On most space shuttle flights everyone sleeps at the same time. No one has to stay awake to watch over the spaceplane; the shuttle’s computers and the engineers at Mission Control do that. If anything goes wrong, the computers ring an alarm and the engineers call us on the radio.
On the space shuttle, sleep-time doesn’t mean nighttime. During each ninety-minute orbit the sun “rises ” and shines through our windows for about fifty minutes; then it “ sets ” as our path takes us around the dark side of the earth. To keep the sun out of our eyes, we wear black sleep masks.
It is surprisingly easy to get comfortable and fall asleep in space. Every astronaut sleeps differently. Some sleep upside down, some right side up. When it’s time to sleep, I take my bag, my sleep mask, and my tape player with earphones and float up to the flight deck. Then I crawl into the bag, and float in a sitting position just above a seat, right next to a window. Before I pull the mask down over my eyes, I relax for a while, listening to music and watching the Earth go by beneath me.
36、When it’s bedtime, astronauts pull their sleeping bags ________ .

B.in the flight deck
C.above the seats
D.in any place they like

This evening I met a friend at a local bar. She brought her laptop {along; around; forward} so she could show me some of her latest digital art designs. As we looked through her artwork, the laptop suddenly started making an unhealthy noise, then the screen twinkled on and off and then cut off {normally; completely; suddenly}. And as we both stared at one another surprisingly, the terrible smell of fried computer circuits appeared.
I grabbed the laptop off the bar to inspect it and the problem instantly arose itself. The bottom of the laptop was completely wet and empty, spilt water glass rested against the side of her purse just behind where the laptop was sitting. While we were chatting and shifting the laptop's 17 inch screen {up and down; back and forth; in and out}, we somehow spilt a glass of water that the waiter had inadvertently (无意地) placed behind the screen, which was out of our view.

(英译汉)When someone has deeply hurt you, it can be extremely difficult to let go of your anger. But forgiveness is possible--and it can be surprisingly helpful to your physical and mental health. Indeed, research has shown that people who forgive report more energy, better appetite and better sleep patterns.
So when someone has hurt you, calm yourself. Talk a couple of deep breaths and think of something that gives you pleasure: a beautiful scene in nature, someone you love. Don't wait for an apology(道歉 ). Keep in mind that forgiveness does not necessarily mean accepting the action of the person who upset you. Try to see thing from the other person's perspective. You may realize that he or she was acting out of ignorance, fear--even love. You may want to write a letter to yourself from that person's point of view.
